Provisional Licence
You must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence at the time of your lesson. If you cannot provide this, the lesson cannot go ahead, and you will still be charged.

Cancellations
Lessons cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date/time will be charged in full and are non-refundable.

Punctuality
If you arrive late, the lesson will still finish at the agreed time. If you miss the lesson completely, it will be charged in full.

Payments
Lesson payments must be made in advance or at the start of the session. Block bookings must be paid in full upfront.

Health & Safety
If you are unfit to drive due to alcohol, drugs, or any other condition, the instructor reserves the right to cancel the lesson, which will still be charged in full.

Instructor Cancellations
On the rare occasion Matt has to cancel a lesson, you’ll be offered an alternative time as soon as possible, or a refund if you’ve already paid.
